Generous space/kitchen, dining and living room in one. New wooden parquet floor. Two separate bedrooms with double beds - comfy and cozy.- you have to go through the first one - for connected people. Washing machine and dishwasher - all kitchen utensils to cook and a nespresso machine and french press. Calm inside and outside. With one step you are in the garden and you can sit on a nice ensemble. Walking distance to tram/bus, shops, parks, swimmingpool. 15 min. to the city. No cats please.

Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. DIe Busstation befindet sich nur wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt. Mit dem Auto erreichen Sie die zahlreichen Wiener Sehenswürdigkeiten in ca. 15-30 Minuten.

The apartment is right next to a park so there's hardly any traffic. The whole building is brand-new (construction work finalized in January 2022). It has a private 19m2 terrace with comfy lounge furniture, accessible from the bed- & living room.
