With one step you are in the garden and you can sit on a nice ensemble. Walking distance to tram/bus, shops, parks, swimmingpool. 15 min. to the city. No cats please.

The flat is 49 sq.m. with WiFi. The large bedroom has a 160cm bed, a fold-out bed, a desk, and a comfortable leather chair.
