Stunning, bright first floor apartment in Oxford City centre with allocated free parking. Based across the River Thames just outside the congestion charge area, a short walk to the city centre, Christ Church, Westgate Shopping Centre, train/bus stations. Restaurants, pubs overlooking Folly Bridge. Excellent location in the heart of Grandpont nature park ideal for walking, cycling, boat excursions, next to Hinksey Park which benefits of a lovely outdoor pool, tennis courts and sports activities.

Our apartment is close to Oxford city centre, the Thames River, art and culture. Groceries, superb bakery, coffee shops and restaurants are a few minutes walk away. It is ideal for couples, business travellers, and families. The reason for a gap in reviews on our apartment since 2022: The apartment was rented by a lovely young couple long-term for 2 years since March 2022. They have now gone travelling in Australia(we are super jealous!). We have decided to short-let on Airbnb once again.

A luxury 2 bed appt close to the centre of Oxford. Situated in the street described by James Curl as "the most interesting street in Oxford". Inside both bedrooms have comfy Hypnos beds, goose down quilts with 400 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets. Each room has a flat screen TV. The second bedroom also has doors onto a small south facing terrace with table and chairs. The perfect place for afternoon cocktails or an alfresco meal. The kitchen has good quality Miele and Bosch appliances.

The Garden Room

Large (30 sqm) self contained quiet room on ground floor rear of well appointed house with king-size bed, shower / toilet, kitchen and garden. Close to shops, frequent bus services into central Oxford, and a few minutes walk from river Thames / Isis and parks. Popular pubs, cafes and restaurants are on nearby Magdalen Road. The Garden Room is reached by side entrance with coded gate and motion activated lights. Parking on driveway or street. Garden awaits further tidying. See photos.

The heart of Oxford is fifteen minutes on public transport or it's a 35 minute walk down the wide, tree-lined streets, you can even walk down the picturesque canal.

Moments from cafes, restaurants, shops and public transport to city centre (5 mins by bus), this is a great place to base yourself in Oxford. Well - connected to both Oxford and Oxford Parkway stations. Parking is available on the forecourt of our house. Please let us know if you require parking before you arrive.
