The cosy space is newly renovated and designed for a perfect home away from home experience. To the rear of the property is a direct footpath to the Pennine Bridle Way. Just a few minutes walk will immerse you in stunning panoramic views where you can take in the wild and rugged beauty of the Yorkshire moors. You won't believe Manchester is so close.

The cottage is in a superb setting on a south facing hillside with panoramic views across miles of fine Yorkshire countryside. It is approximately two miles from the centre of vibrant Hebden Bridge where there is an excellent range of independent shops, restaurants, coffee bars, art décor cinema, theatre and markets. The cottage has been recently refurbished retaining many original features but with all the modern comforts inc a fully fitted kitchen, underfloor heating and a wood burning stove.

Carr Cottage is a characterful 19th century mill workers' dwelling situated in the heart of the Pennines in the beautiful Luddenden Valley with a multitude of walks and footpaths. Close to Halifax and its historic Piece Hall or Hebden Bridge with its vibrant arts and crafts scene. We are dog friendly with excellent walks for dogs and their people. Dogs must not be left unattended on the during your stay. Carr Cottage is cycle friendly with classic road or off road routes right rom the doorstep.

We offer free off-road parking for one car with access to EV charging. You're a few paces from lovely Pennine walks, or a short stroll down to the many bars and restaurants.

The property is located very close to local restaurants/pubs and Haworth train station for the pleasure of the steam train enthusiasts. In 2025 we will be offering a place for meditation and yoga in the attic. Ideal for walking, the historical Bronte Parsonage, Haworth's famous cobbled Main Street.
