Short drive to Madoc (groceries, beer/ LCBO, parks, beach, bakery, restaurants, etc). Perfect area for star gazing, long walks & bike rides. This yurt is in a camping setting, with indoor compost toilet, seasonal private outdoor shower, no wifi but there is electricity, dishes, indoor hot plate, BBQ, mini fridge, all pots & pans and bedding and clean drinking water.

With your significant other, family or friends, come cozy up to the fire, soak in the hot tub and enjoy swimming in the spring fed pond. Board games and movies are provided for your entertainment.

Located one hour from Toronto, Birchwood is a luxury camping experience for two. Immersed in a private forest on Scugog Island, our geodesic dome allows for a cozy and relaxing getaway. Enjoy the surrounding landscape and check out local shops and restaurants on Port Perry main street. Our geodome is designed for 2 guests however, a group 3 adults are welcome.
