The Pearl of Whakatiwai. A completely restored Bed/kitchen/dining room with separate shower and toilet. This house was built in the 50's and so we have lovingly recreated the whole 50's vibe for your enjoyment. Right on the edge of the Firth of Thames you can lie in bed and see the views that go on forever. A great little kitchen with new oven and fridge, plus all the tools you need if you want a "foodie" get away. We do not have a TV, but great WiFi. Great fishing right on your doorstep.

Kick back and relax in this stylish space a house back from the peaceful waterfront Patiki Bay/Moana Point Reserve, 5 mins drive from town. Airconditioning. The studio has its own entrance & bathroom. No kitchen but has microwave, toaster, fridge, tea/coffee making facilities & dining table. 30 seconds walk and you are in the reserve which wraps all the way to the marina and town. Whiritoa is 15mins from Waihi and 10mins from Whangamata. Off street parking in front of the unit including space for a boat. A stunning place for you and your family to relax and enjoy as we do.

Our AirBnB is a separate, self-contained wing of our beautiful new home in Totara, 3kms south of Thames Township and gateway to the Coromandel Peninsula. We are about an hour’s drive from Auckland International Airport and close to the many and varied attractions of the Coromandel and the Waikato Region. Easy access to the Hauraki Rail Trail. From our elevated position there are uninterrupted views over the township, Firth of Thames and the Kauaeranga Valley.

Hideaway by the Sea (Dogs welcome)

You owe yourself a break by the sea. Chill out on Whiritoa's uncrowded beach only 80 meters away. No sound or sight of traffic here and low light pollution in the village provides front seat tickets to galaxy granduer. Whangamata is only 12kms drive if you would like to eat out. Accommodation is downstairs with your personal entrance. Double bedroom with queen bed, lounge/kitchenette, laundry/bathroom. Comfortable and clean.
