The Piggery is a beautiful self- contained, detached converted Piggery set in landscaped gardens as part of Verdley Edge and nestled between Cowdray woodland and the stunning South Downs. With walks from the doorstep and an award winning country pub ‘The Duke of Cumberland’ in walking distance, this is perfect retreat from busy lives. Our cosy 2 bedroom converted unit situated in the garden of our family home is ideal for friends/family to get away for a few nights in the south downs national park, the accommodation is great for 4 but is very cosy if booked for 5 or 6 adults and can feel tight on space if you are not using as a base to sleep. We are on the outskirts of Haslemere town 1.5 miles on the Surrey/ West Sussex boarder. We have Cowdry polo & Golf 5 miles away. Goodwood Horse and motor race courses 12-15 miles away

Idyllic Cottage in the heart of The South Downs

The Old Bakery is a luxurious self-contained cottage set in the heart of the beautiful South Downs National Park. It has been voted one of the best Air B&Bs in the UK in 2021! Guests can enjoy beautiful walks directly from the cottage or visit local villages such as Haslemere, Midhurst, Petworth, Arundel, the South Coast (West Wittering) and Goodwood. You will be spoilt for choices with some excellent pubs and restaurants in the area with the fabulous Duke of Cumberland pub a short walk away.

Welcome to The Hideaway, a self contained private annexe in the charming town of Haslemere, Surrey. Located just moments from the pretty High Street with many eateries and shops and conveniently located for exploring local beauty spots as well as Goodwood and Cowdray Park. The apartment has its own entrance, private outdoor space, separate kitchen and ensuite bathroom offering a blend of convenience and tranquility. A well behaved dog is welcome by prior agreement (small additional charge).

Large guest house

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Delightful one bedroom barn with beautiful views

Our beautiful rustic one bedroom barn is attached to the end of our family home. It situated in the popular Surrey Hills an area of outstanding beauty surrounded by many local award winning pubs and to numerous picturesque country walks right outside the barn doors. The property comes with a wood burner making winter particularly lovely with board games available. Guests are also welcome to use the house facilities which include a heated swimming pool and tennis court. Dogs are very welcome

One Bed Country Hideaway in AONB

Lovely self contained, super clean one bedroomed annex with its own entrance and small outside space with table and chair in a beautiful garden. Welcome breakfast pack. A car is essential. Semi-rural location in AONB within easy access to restaurants, towns and villages by car. Not suitable for on road cycling. Lovely cross country walks from the property and close to the Greensand Way and Devils Punchbowl. An hourly bus service operates Monday to Saturday at the end of our lane.

The Dairy is a characterful and elegant detached converted dairy. It sits adjacent to our farmhouse in the beautiful 16 acre grounds of our home. With direct access from our garden to Blackdown National Trust land it is the perfect, tranquil location from which to explore. We are just 5 minutes drive from the train station and town centre and perfectly located to visit market towns of Guildford, Godalming, Midhurst, Petworth and Petersfield, as well as Goodwood and the coast.
