Unit includes 2 bedrooms 1 full bath, all located on the second floor, around 800 sq ft. No bathroom on a ground floor. 5 glass doors & glass railings on balcony/stairs bring sunshine. Parking lot fit up to 10 cars. New GE washer/dryer accessible in the garage.
