Come and enjoy WNY winter sports!! We are ideally located for skiing, tubing and boarding directly between Peek N Peek (43 miles) or Holiday Valley (40 miles). There are snowmobile trail heads 5 miles from our location. Be in the country yet just 5 minutes from 4 local wineries and 10 minutes from dining/shopping. Don't leave without experiencing the beautiful Allegheny National Forest that surrounds us in Warren County! Summer is so lush and green, with many outdoor activities! We hope to see you!☀️🌿

Take it easy at this remodelled, well stocked, peaceful, family friendly, vacation spot. Fish, swim, kayak, golf, visit wineries or just watch nature. Located in Sunset Bay, a beautiful sandy beach on Lake Erie, 10 minute walk away. This is a beach community, during the summer it is very active, two beach bars in the bay. There are boat launches nearby. Trains pass nearby, which may disturb your sleep. This area is 40-50 min. drive to the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area.

Forestville Studio Cabin (Rural Guest Home)

Reconnect with nature at our secluded studio cabin on 5 acres, nestled beside a creek. Just 11 miles from Lake Erie and an hour from Niagara Falls. Only 528 yards to the snowmobile trail, 10 minutes to the Amish Trail, and 12 miles to Boutwell Hill State Forest. Enjoy hiking, biking, swimming, fishing, tubing, kayaking, skiing, snowmobiling, hunting, and exploring Amish country and local wineries. Located on a quiet dirt road, yet close to main travel routes.

Village Retreat, with four bedrooms and large yard

Enjoy the peaceful, private experience at our village home in Gowanda. The entire house with yard, patio and front porch are included. Downstairs bath updated in 10/23 and half bath (toilet and sink) installed on second floor 1/24. A new playset was added 7/23. Well-behaved pets are allowed with advance notice. Damage or extra cleaning due to pets will be charged. Window AC unit located on first floor and in the 3 upper bedrooms during summer months.

Welcome to our cozy, newly remodeled studio with a private entry. This studio is centrally located on a popular street in Niagara Falls. It is an 8-10 minute drive from downtown and the Falls and a very short walk to a bus stop that will take you where you need to go. My goal is to make your stay enjoyable that's why I made sure you have: -Smart TV and free movies -Coffee and snack -board games -Towels -Fully equiped kitchen -Laundry (For a fee)
