You’ll feel totally secure with the gated parking for 2 cars. Relaxing sunsets on the balcony. The property is excellent for couples, solo adventurers, and business people.

The Annexe is 15 minutes drive from Poole town centre and the local beaches. There is a bus stop at the top of the road which serves the local area but a short walk up the hill to the main road is an abundance of buses which can take you to Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole & beyond. A selection of take away restaurants are close by along with a CoOp supermarket, Waitrose & an Iceland. On your arrival there will be a welcome pack of fresh bread, milk, cereals, butter and tea and instant coffee.

Completely refurbished 1 Bed Ground floor apartment with private parking space. Ideal for couples. The building used to be a Recording studio used by many famous names. Great location close to Bournemouth, Poole and Sandbanks. Completely private with enclosed walled garden/patio. Restaurants, bars,coffee shops and an award winning bakery all within 100 metres. Large & Sunny Apartment Boscombe, Bournemouth

Spacious ground floor flat in a central location within a short walk through Boscombe Gardens to the glorious beach and a few minutes walk from the 02 venue. The owner lives in the flat above (two storey building) and parking is available on the drive street outside the building. This is the first time hosting in Bournemouth, formerly in Vancouver, Canada and Manchester UK where my husband and I had excellent feedback always. The garden at the rear needs work! Wine/tea/coffee provided.

Whether you prefer local ales or fresh fish dining this house suits all needs. There is also an electrical charging point 1 minute away.
