Situated in the grounds of an impressive country house, the Goat Shed is the stylishly renovated ground floor of a 19th century barn, with a kingsize four poster bed, claw foot bath and woodburning stove. Deer roam through the gardens, and our wood burning stove makes nights in perfectly cosy. A great spot from which to explore the forest, or simply relax in comfort.

Welcome to our semi off grid sustainable home where you will enjoy our shepherd's hut and the peace and tranquillity it provides. Amongst our newly planted saplings in our paddock you will have the wildlife and our 2 ponies for company. A warm, cosy, quiet, safe, space...read our reviews!!!! Sometimes surrounding yourself in nature is just what you need to give you balance. We are currently making a wildlife pond and hope this will enhance your visit. We look forward to welcoming you.

Cow Shed - Barn

A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. Less than 2.5 miles from the historic centre of Winchester, this peaceful retreat is perfect for those looking to visit the city, or escape for some peace. The Pigsty’s domed design with wooden interior has a roll top bath, cosy open plan living space and decking area to enjoy dinner with sunset views. Just a few minutes walk from the famous Clarendon Way, and a 30 minute walk to the city centre.

Your escape to Woodrest starts with a beautiful walk through ancient woodland to a private and secluded meadow. We have two hand built cabins each set in their own acre of meadow. On arrival you will be met with the most stunning views of the Meon Valley. This unique stay allows you to switch off and enjoy the benefits of being on a family run farm, which has footpaths and woodland for you to explore. The South Downs Way is a short hike away, which leads to a wonderful nature reserve.

"Bumble" The Shepherd's Hut

This traditionally inspired, hand-made Shepherds Hut is nestled inside a paddock in the leafy county of Hampshire. It offers a tranquil retreat in a home away from home setting with a cosy open plan living space championed by the log burning stove. Enjoy cooking your own English Breakfast - of which eggs are graciously supplied by our chickens -amongst views and visits of our 17 strong Alpaca herd. Cottage anglais du 16iè siècle, tout rénové avec accès sur un grand jardin fleuri. Notre maison est sur le même terrain donc nous aurons le jardin en commun. Nous sommes à moins de 5 kilomètres de la mer. Notre petit cottage est une excellente base pour visiter la New Forest et ses chevaux en liberté à l'ouest (à 30 minutes), Portsmouth et ses bateaux historiques à l'est (à 20 minutes), ou Winchester, l'ancienne capitale d'Angleterre au nord (à 25 min).
