Casa historico que ha sido remodelada en la comunidad de Strathmore en Syracuse. La casa tiene una ubicación central cerca de un parque con vias para andar en bicicleta y correr. You will enjoy the Peace and Quiet here! Enjoy watching the Horses out to pasture. Explore the many miles of State Forest. Horse & Hiking trails right down the road and Connect with Nature. Take some time to enjoy the Swing in the Flower Garden this Spring and Summer. Relax, watch and listen to the many birds here. There is a Complete Kitchen for you to cook meals. Organic eggs are in the fridge for you to enjoy from our free range chickens. Close to Colgate/Morrisville/Hamilton Colleges.

Charlie's Place

Our place is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with an Adirondack theme with our decor. We live just across the street and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

Cozy 1920’s Strathmore home, near Syracuse University, Wireless dome, Onondaga Community College, the Zoo, Destiny USA, Landmark Theater and all of the major hospitals, with Free and private parking. 3 bedrooms, queen, full, twin trundle and small sofa bed, best suited for kids. 1.5 baths, designated office with fast Wi-Fi, after dinner record player room, formal dining room. Full coffee bar, with pour over coffee, drip and keurig, and espresso machine. Sleeps 6,has 5 beds.

Come relax and unwind in our newly renovated cottage! Set on 2 acres overlooking the hills and valleys of beautiful Central New York, you'll feel a million miles away in this exquisite 1200 sq ft home. A 5 minute walk brings you to Chittenango Falls Park, with its majestic waterfall and lots of trails. The property is bordered by a ravine on one side and a NYS walking trail that follows an old rail line on the other. The historic Village of Cazenovia is 4 miles away.

Our guest house is located on a dead-end road five minutes from the town of Newark Valley and only 30 minutes from Binghamton, Cortland, and Ithaca Included is a kitchen with open common area, two bedrooms, full bath and washer/dryer within living area. A farm setting is viewable from the common area and attached deck. There is a 2 acre pond and miles of scenic trails spread over 250+ acres, with sights as far as Pennsylvania!

There is lots of state land around; great for hunters or hikers. Very convenient in the winter time for snowmobilers. Snowmobile trails are just down the road. Hosts are just up the road if you need assistance.
