The Speculator Guest House is fully renovated to offer an elevated and thoughtful stay. Guests love the outdoor sauna, Sunday to Wednesday private chef brunch or dinner, espresso maker, fully stocked kitchen, and everything you need for a campfire under the string lights. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, or the sandy beach on Lake Pleasant (.6 miles). Each guest receives individualized local recommendations. Cabin 3 is located on 37 acres of land with half-a-mile of waterfront views. In the winter months, this location is a great landing place for day trips to Gore mountain or day hiking the 46 high peaks in the Adirondack mountains. A rustic gem for individual travelers, friends, or a couple.

Beautiful new cabin at the end of our country road with fabulous mountain views! Optional hot tub experience in our all natural cedar hot tub located nearby in Japanese temple. We also offer a optional Sauna Experience! Wood fired pizza offered at the main compound (most but not all nights). Gorgeous lake just three miles down the road. Five miles from Gore Mountain and three miles from Garnet Hill Lodge for cross country skiing.
