This traditional, thatched cob cottage with contemporary interiors is ideal for short breaks at any time of year, to enjoy peace and tranquility with a touch of pampered luxury amidst wild and natural beauty. Set off on foot or bicycle straight from the front door to enjoy forest walks and quiet lanes with views to the Isle of Wight and the Solent.

Cow Shed - Barn

A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite.

The Piggery: with tennis court and games barn

The Piggery is a secluded flint built hideaway, with lots of period charm, set in the grounds of a manor house. Converted to a high standard it has it’s own private garden, access to the owners tennis court & a large barn with table tennis, table football & pool, wider house grounds including an island, surrounded by the river Meon. Numerous walks direct from The Piggery and a number of local vineyards are nearby. 5/10mins walk away are two super pubs and the very well stocked village shop.

Promenade walks into the world famous Cowes offering shops, nautical pubs & fine dining, only 500 yds from the nearest well known eating pub. Amazing location comfortable accommodation and underfloor heating. Stunning views from inside and outside on the decking. The chalet has steps and is not suitable for visitors with mobility issues. The chalet is ideal for couples and individuals.

The Warsash Annex

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.
