Mini cottage w/ free parking. This tiny cottage (<200sf) is located in our beautiful backyard. It is close to everything. A 15 min drive to downtown San Francisco and SF airport. A 15 min walk to Westlake shopping center & BART station to San Francisco. The beautiful unit has a private entrance, one bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom. We provide Wi-fi, towels, instant coffee, tea, and snack. More amenities for you to use: TV, microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer & electric kettle.

Riley Beach Cottage sits on stilts just a few feet above the east shore of Tomales Bay. The great room, master bedroom, hot tub and northwest facing redwood decks all provide land's end views of Point Reyes National Seashore across this pristine estuary. With its own beach for launching kayaks or just doing nothing, this cottage has been a favorite due to its proximity to the water, front-row views of nature and simplicity. (read more about the space) 20 minutes away from Half Moon Bay with beautiful beaches and 30 min. from Stanford, Palo Alto. We are adjacent to The Mountain House Restaurant. Res recommended. Short drive to local breakfast place. NO PETS!

Berkeley Hills Maybeck Cottage

Built in 1925, Maybecks' “Cubby” is your private, rustic, 750 sq ft, carriage house located less than a mile from Cal. Homey and basic - the deck is great for lunch, dinner, or just hanging out. It's an easy walk down to the gourmet ghetto, Thursday Markets, buses and BART. Carport provided, a car is recommended (hey it's located in the hills.) Not baby proofed, minimal fencing - sorry, no pets, babies or toddlers. Smoke free, no butts about it. Sorry, no loud music, or large gatherings.

The creek house is on a beautiful tree lined street, walking distance to downtown San Carlos. The house is a spacious one bedroom cottage with designer finishes and gorgeous vaulted ceilings. You will be surrounded by mature redwoods on the peaceful balcony and one with nature at the fire pit overlooking a year round creek. Amenities include a full sized kitchen, comfortable workspace, washer/dryer, fast WiFi, cable TV and a gas fireplace. We live in the main house on the property.

Lovely 1000 Sq. ft. Cottage in the heart of wine country. A 400 sq. ft. delightful back patio with fire pit, full kitchen and bathroom makes this the perfect home away from home. Amenities include queen bed, wifi, TV's, fire place, & parking. We are a live winery and have wine tasting two weekends and two Friday evenings a month. We usually have live music, wine tasting is in the same vicinity as the Cottage.

The Creekside Cottage in Point Reyes Station is a simple, modern craftsman with beautiful light all around. New construction, completed in 2017, it features serene quiet at night, bird viewing, and relaxing. Walk into town or head for the beaches from here. (It is not in Bolinas, online maps services are still confused about this fact)
