La casita is a 1 bedroom bungalow within the grounds of my parents’ residence that has been lovingly renovated by us to create a ‘home away from home’ for guests. The property features an open plan lounge/kitchen- diner with a comfortable seating area and a 40 inch flatscreen TV. The kitchen features a dishwasher, oven and hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge as well as kitchenware to cook with. There is an also a breakfast bar with 2 seats. A hairdryer/iron and board are provided.

The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay, with two bedrooms, a living room with a fire, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. There is also free parking secured by an electric gate, a 49” Samsung Smart TV, free WiFi, and a gated garden area. It’s also located next to a golf course, a short walk from the local pub, a short drive from a Tesco and Starbucks.

Parking is available directly in front of the property. The bungalow is also a 15 minute drive to Liverpool’s John Lennon Airport and 25 minutes to Manchester Airport.

The chalet is located in a quiet area of Liverpool, close to many Beetles attractions. Liverpool town center is approximately a 15mins taxi drive. M62 and Liverpool John Lennon airport also a short drive away. There is plenty of parking outside the property, you have your own entrance to the chalet. The chalet is cleaned to the highest standard, there is complimentary tea, coffee and snacks. The chalet has a fridge, microwave, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and towels.

It’s an ideal base for people working in the Merseyside area or visiting Liverpool. The village of Woolton is within easy walking distance and has numerous restaurants, bars, and a Sainsbury's supermarket. The Black Bull and Bear's and Staff pubs, both serving good food, are 5 minutes walk.

This little studio (27m2 / 290sq ft) is located in Allerton, a leafy neighbourhood of Liverpool where Paul McCartney has spent his childhood. The "Liverpool South Parkway station" is really close, with plenty of connections (bus or train) toward the city centre, LFC and EVERTON stadium, the airport and Manchester.
