The Old Music Room

The Old Music Room is in the beautiful and special village of Geldeston, in the Broads National Park. It’s a super-insulated ecologically-built guest house clad in traditional oak boarding, with a living wild-flower roof and stunning views directly out over the Waveney Valley. Geldeston is a glorious place to be and enjoyed by many visitors. The village is on the river Waveney with lots of places to access the river, very popular with walkers, cyclists and boaters. Our beautiful little shepherds hut is ready for letting. Get away from it all and stay under the stars deep in the Suffolk countryside. Our Shepherds hut is situated in the corner of our field surrounded by hedging and stunning views. If you’re a keen cyclist there’s many different routes in the area as well as many footpaths for avid ramblers. If star gazing is your thing then we can promise you we are not affected by light pollution and if you’re lucky you’ll hear our resident owls too.

Set on a quiet country lane in a large garden in the countryside, 7 miles from the picturesque seaside town of Southwold and 1 mile from the charming market town of Halesworth. The Cabin is a timber building constructed from reclaimed and sustainable materials and heated by a cosy log burner. Beautiful open space with widened doorways for wheel chair users we can also provide a ramp and shower chair if requested. There are two village pubs which are within walking distance and a small shop. This is a great base from which you can explore everything Suffolk has to offer. Not to forget we are pet friendly

Primrose Farm Barn

Take a break and unwind at our peaceful oasis. Primrose Farm Barn is a detached barn in our garden but also quite separate from us, and set in a very quiet location. Southwold is only a 10 minute drive or 30 minute cycle away. Lovely countryside walks and cycling routes direct from the Barn. Bike storage is available. You will need a car to get around!
