Our sunny upstairs apartment is located in the middle of town, close to Main Street, the bike/walking path, & the Big Wood River. The path along the nearby river leads to great spots like Hop Porter Park, the beautiful Bow Bridge over the river, & Carbonate Mountain Trailhead. Prime location near downtown!

This private and comfortable condo is located directly in front of the bus stop to the ski lift and downtown Ketchum. The unit is well insulated and stays cool during the summer months (the coolest in town) and warm in the winter. The unit features a brand new king bed in the master bedroom a full sized bed in the 2nd bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa The master bedroom has its own private bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub/shower combo. The 2nd bathroom is across the hallway from the 2nd bedroom

Downtown Studio, your Ketchum/Sun Valley home

The Studio is located on the first floor of a three story townhouse. Cozy, beautifully decorated queen bed studio, located 2 1/2 blocks from the Ketchum Town Square, short walk to restaurants, shops and parks in Ketchum. Just 1 mile from the world renowned Sun Valley Resort. Half a mile to River Run Gondola, short bus ride to Warm Springs side of Baldy. Easy access to bike path, free bus service, golf courses and hiking. We do not recommend the studio for more than 2 or 3 people.

In the summer, you are steps away from the paved Wood River Trail and from the hiking trail up Baldy. If you love fly fishing, the beautiful Wood River is right there. In the winter almost ski in ski out as it is a 5 minute walk in ski boots,skis in hand to lift line. Downtown Ketchum’s restaurants are a 10 minute walk.

It's super quiet, really high vaulted ceilings, ski bus picks you up at the end of the driveway to access the mountain, 3 minute walk to downtown Ketchum (including the shops and restaurants!), right next door to the festival fields so there's a lot of open space. This unit has access to an outdoor pool in the summer, a private outside patio, wrap around 2nd floor deck and a private sauna! Parking is included.
