Freshly renovated studio room, blonded timber, quality modern fit out and restful decor make this room a pleasure to reside in. Complete with kitchenette, located in the same space as bedroom (see pics) seperate bathroom across a small covered gangway and outdoor furniture on the rear of our reserve front property just a 2 min walk from the beach. Welcome to this charming family beach house — the perfect getaway for a family of five or two professional couples, any time of year. In winter, stay cosy indoors with board games and movie nights, or bundle up for peaceful walks along the beach. During the warmer months, make the most of long evenings with a game of Finska on the spacious lawn or unwind on the sunny outdoor deck. Ideally located just minutes from local cafes, a craft brewery, and only an 8-minute stroll to the beach.

A beautiful loft-style cottage on a private property only moments from Cooks Beach. Take in the serenity of this coastal Hamptons style space, complete with a kitchenette, ensuite, lounge area and private deck. Here you can relax and enjoy a drink overlooking the landscaped gardens, with only the native quail birdsong and ocean waves to be heard. Set in a quiet location, local restaurants, convenience stores, tennis courts and nature reserves are all within an easy walking distance.

The Lookout

The Lookout is a stand alone guest cabin located on an elevated private 10 acre property just 5 minutes drive to Cooks Beach. Situated next to regenerating bush, it offers views through to Mercury Bay Winery, the Purangi Estuary & beyond to Mercury Bay itself. Entirely self contained, The Lookout is lined with warm natural timbers and has a comfortable queen size bed.
