Located right on Laugavegur the main street The apartment is new renovated and all the furniture was bought new in July 2021. The apartment is ca 100 sq meters (1070 sq ft). The apartment comes with two big bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is sleek and has a fully equipped washing room with a washer and dryer. Sky Lagoon, a Thermal Spa inspired by nature, 10 min drive away or 40 min walk by the ocean. Perlan, Wonders of Iceland 20 min walk away, an exhibition where you can experience Iceland´s natural beauty such as volcanoes, glaciers, geothermal marvels, northern light and more. 50m to the next bus station.

The apartment is located in a unique early last century wooden house which was once called the palace of Hverfisgata. Kópavogur buss terminar in Hamraborg is in 10 min. walk distance from our house. We are located 7 km. from downtown Reykjavik.

The living room has a big sofabed that is 140x200 cm and there is a 40 inch smart tv . Kitchen is well equipped for home cooking. Bathroom is spacious and has a shower. The location is amazing , close to city's main attractions ,main bus station, tour pick ups .
