A dream lake house on Lake Lanier—4,700 sq. ft. of clean, modern space with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and room for 14 guests. Fully renovated in March 2025. Enjoy lake access, a private dock with a furnished party deck, two-story decks in the backyard, game area (air hockey, foosball, darts), a private office, and two 85 inch TVs for your entertainment. The perfect blend of luxury, fun, and relaxation—ideal for families, groups, or working getaways in peaceful Bethel. (The boat is not included.)

Come and enjoy the lake and the vacation feel at this house and still be in the city and close to places of interest, newly remodeled modern, jacuzzi jet tubs in both bathrooms, Bluetooth fans for relaxation. O-Led TV in living.No Parties !! House have 2 additional rooms but we have it locked for storage along with the garage. 3 rooms are prepared for airbnb along with all the amenities. There is one more airbnb unit on the side of the building not sharing walls with main house. Self check in.

Near sunset cove and Lanier Islands. Plenty of parking. Renovated throughout, all new floors, bathrooms and sinks, lighting, paint and furniture. Awesome house in a great neighborhood. Boat and Jet Skis cannot be rented, but I can give you local rentals and you can tie them to the dock for a homebase. NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY.

Windows everywhere make it feel like a tree house, on the lake. Our families home is all about family & friends gathering and having fun. The spaces in the home are very socially engaging. Take an easy 45 second, walk to the lake in our quite cove and go for an evening canoe, its pretty special. Bring your own boat and tie up at the dock if you prefer. The creek in the back of the home, that flows into Lake Lanier, is lightly active and creates a nice soundtrack for evenings on the back decks.

The home sits conveniently close to the waters edge on a flat lot making walking to and from the dock quick and easy. The dock is a spacious two story dock with an open slip and deep water access. The home sits across the bay from Lake Lanier Islands waterpark. The home rests in a protected cove with very little boat traffic.

Located on the south end of the lake near all the major amenities and just a few minutes from Margaritaville at Lanier Islands Resorts. It has 4 bedrooms, a bunk bedroom, 4.5 baths, 2 family rooms, 4 fireplaces, a full kitchen & wet bar, 2 large outdoor decks, a gas grill, fire pit, and life jackets kayaks, paddleboard, and other flotation devices for the guests.

Packed with amenities and features this chalet is located in the most coveted neighborhood of lake Lanier. Its floor plan is designed to accommodate families and friends wanting to vacation together in a cozy setting. The 3 floors of this chalet bring the lake inside with its decor, greige wall colors, and large windows. NOTE: Hot tub to be reserved for a fee of $250/stay. This fee is not included in your booking. I will collect it via Airbnb as a payment request if you want the hot tub.

Scamp Camper in Stone Mtn Park! Or other site

Have you ever wanted to see if the "Scamp" life is for you? YOU WILL NEED to rent a campsite at Stone Mountain Park yourself and then I will come set up the camper for you! (This fee is SEPARATE from my fee to rent the Scamp) Campsites range in price and min 4 night stay. The Scamp has a fridge and I will include all the basics you need for an enjoyable visit! Just bring your own food and drinks! There is not a bathroom in the Scamp so you will have to use the campground facilities.

Lakefront Cabin on Lanier

Tranquility and Relaxation on Lake Lanier! This charming log cabin is a short 1 minute walk to a private dock that guests can use for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, or relaxing by the water on a no wake zone cove near Lanier Island. Feel free to bring your own boat and tie up to the dock during your stay. At the end of the day, relax around the stone fire pit or in the large hot tub. With three cozy bedrooms, it can comfortably sleep up to 9 guests.
