Guest house includes one king sized bed, one double sofa bed, and a good sized bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Our house is situated in a quiet residential area, close to local amenities, within 30min on foot to the train station, town centre, Warwick Castle or Warwick Race course/Common and St Nicholas Park. There are two eighteen holes golf courses 5min drive away. It is easy access to the A46 by pass, Leamington/Kenilworth/Stratford-Upon-Avon/ Stoneleigh/ Coventry / M40 / Birmingham There are regular buses to go to Leamington etc...
