Walking distance to Orange's many fabulous bars and restaurants, The apartment features quality and contemporary inclusions, ducted reverse cycle air conditioning. A gas log fireplace in the generous lounge room provides a cosy feel for the cooler nights. The kitchen is well appointed and includes a dishwasher. Also has a OS car space.

It has been lovingly transformed into a warm, comfortable & modern country residence. This cosy space is a private half house with a separate entrance and off street parking. Offering spacious separate living and dining and two bedrooms, 1 with a king bed and the 2nd with a double (please see additional information). You can enjoy the beautiful garden with magnificent trees from the private front porch which has a BBQ and outdoor seating. Located on 15 acres on the edge of town. It is a few minutes drive from Orange's CBD as well as a short drive to Millthorpe Village.
