This newly remodeled "Old Florida" boutique home has plenty of room to enjoy with family or friends. We offer 2 bedrooms, a large family room with sleeper sofa, living room, large open concept kitchen, fenced in yard with tiki bar and lots of outdoor seating. Set in a peaceful neighborhood only 1 mile to Gulfport, 5 miles to DT St Pete and 3.5 to SP beach, with some of Tampa Bay's best attractions close by, you can't go wrong with the location. Spectacular beach to bay views from this resort.

Our condo has spectacular water views from the Bay to the Beach. We have a large one of a kind kitchen that is unique to our resort, with granite counter tops, hardwood cabinets, and all stainless steel appliances. Everything you need to prepare a meal is provided along with basic spices and condiments, Coffee, creamer, and sugar. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and walk in closet with all beach gear also available for your use. We have 2 - 50" flat screen TV's with cable as well.

The guest cottage (approx. 300 sq ft) is separate from the main house, where we reside, with a beautiful saltwater pool to cool off in after your day's adventures! The property is 5 blocks from downtown Gulfport, with waterfront restaurants, bars, arts district, unique shopping, and beach. Close access to new tennis courts, bayside beach and minutes away from modern downtown St. Petersburg, and world-famous beaches. We are not set up to host pets or children and no unaccounted for guests.

Isla Sunsets

Enjoy peaceful relaxation and serene sunsets in this top floor condo on the beautiful Isla Del Sol. The large private balcony, which overlooks the private beach and community pool, has plenty of seating options for enjoyment throughout your day in paradise. Inside, a king bed, two twin beds, and a queen size sofa bed offer comfort and versatility. This condo features an updated kitchen, bathrooms, and styling throughout. Only a short walk or bike ride to the Don Cesar or several top beaches!

Beachfront in Pass-A-Grille w/ 2 bikes

Enjoy an intimate and relaxing stay on the best stretch of the St. Pete Beach of Pass-a-Grille. Walk out your door to the white sand towards the famous Don Cesar or dine on your deck facing the water. Free parking, 2 bikes, SUP board, towels, umbrella, beach chairs, & cooler! We are allowed 3 rentals under 28 yearly. Please inquire to see if you are one of the lucky guests to come. We love long term guests but understand not everyone can do this and simply need a little escape! 🤍
