Old Burford Cottage is the largest 2 bed on the High Street. The cottage was originally two cottages, but we have lovingly converted into one spacious cottage for upto 4 people. A beautiful cottage built in the region of 1840 to accompany The George Inn. Situated 10 yards off the famous Burford High Street, it is peacefully quiet and has been refurbished to an immaculate standard, whilst keeping tradition. The location is possibly the best in Burford, it’s genuinely amazing …location, location!

There is a well stocked farm and coffee shop in the village, Hidcote and Kiftsgate gardens are nearby, and there are numerous delightful walks locally.

Guests will have a very good choice of restaurants, pubs and shops all within walking distance. There is also the Model Village, Motor Museum, Bird Sanctuary and Perfumery to visit. For the serious walkers there is a wide variety of choice in all directions through Upper Slaughter, Lower Slaughter, Upper Rissington and Lower Rissington.
