Use our kayaks and paddle your worries away, or make a splash with memories that stick. Note, kayaks are not available Oct 1 until Mid April due to unsafe water conditions. Party in the backyard in our hot tub that screams fun in the sun!

This charming family- and dog-friendly home offers everything you need to kick back and relax, including a chef's kitchen, outdoor dining, a front porch that overlooks an enclosed patio courtyard and a fully fenced and private backyard with 4-person hot tub. Two different beaches with river access are both just a short 5-7 minute walk away.

The neighborhood has a tennis court, Pee Wee golf course, community playground, and the house is walking distance from the Rio Nido Roadhouse which offers incredible food, drinks, and live music.
