Multiple communal areas enabling Families and Friends to get together for BBQ lunches and swimming in the pool, but also providing space for reading, playing games and for quiet reflection. The unit is located 10 minute drive from Rincon, within walking distance to bars and restaurants in Aguada, and 5 minute drive to supermarket, gas station and drug store.

The complex is modern, the condo is spacious, the pool is sparkling, and the beach is perfect.
