Leiligheten er ikke for fest, men perfekt for rolige gjester som ønsker å bo nært Oslo sentrum. Gangavstand og nabo til sentralbanestasjon, opraen og Munch-museet . Fra leiligheten har man utsikt til sjøen med flere badstubåter som skaper en hyggelig stemning i miljøet og kan også benyttes ved å betale seg inn. Mange restauranter ligger nært til leiligheten.Matbutikk ligger i samme bygg,samt en som har søndagsåpen. Sommertid er det et yrende badeliv ved operastranden og på Sørengkaia.

Badet er nå nyoppusset også. Senga er 1.40 bred, så det er god plass til to. Det er også en oppblåsbar madrass, så det blir plass til 3 personer.
