Denne koselige leiligheten ligger midt på Grünerløkka, det hippeste området i hele Oslo. Leiligheten ligger i nærheten av alt, noe som gjør det enkelt å planlegge besøket. I løpet av 1-5 min. gange kan du nå Sofienbergparken, Rathkes plass, Restauranten Apostrophe, Botanisk Hage, 6-7 ulike matbutikker, mange restauranter og enda flere bruktbutikker. Leiligheten i seg selv har mange autentiske detaljer, som original vedkomfyr og panelvegger. Leiligheten er 40 kvm og har en lav seng.

Welcome to a little wonderland located in the heart of Oslo, at upper Grünerløkka, styled to hug you after a day out. You dispose two spacious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub and heated floors. The tram stop (trams 11, 12 and 18) is right in front of the building door and takes you to Oslo S in 20 minutes. Akerselva (the main river through Oslo) with a little waterfall is a short 2 min walk from the apartment. A heartwarming home for any traveler.

Denne leiligheten er perfekt for et par, venner eller familier som ønsker å oppleve Oslo fra et lokalperspektiv :) Leiligheten er omgitt av vakre parker, uavhengige kunstgallerier, koselige kafeer, trendy restauranter, kule barer og vakkert grønt. Beautiful home in the heart of Oslo, Grünerløkka.

My apartment is surrounded by the beautiful parks Botaniske Hage, Tøyenparken and Sofienbergparken. The popular Grünerløkka is just a short walk away with the coffee shops, restaurants, concert venues, shops etc. Just outside the building you can take both buses and trams which will take you downtown in 5 min. Or you can enjoy a 15 minute walk. No TV, but a projector and Hdmi-cable is available for streaming. My dog is never in the flat when it is rented out on Airbnb.

The apartment is on the 4th floor on the backyard side of the building so its very quiet.
