This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). From the terrace on the northern part stretches a view on the town of Imotski and its beautiful Red and Blue lakes. In the courtyard, on the southern side there are the spacious swimming pool and a covered terace with barbeque and as of 2018 a multifunctional playground for tennis, and football.The centre of Imotski with shops, restaurants, post office and doctor's office is located 5 km away.
