A guest house in the garden of my home with all you need for a comfortable and peaceful stay. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine, plenty of space to relax and lots of storage. The Wifi is superfast and there is a table perfect to work on. It's convenient for both universities, Leicester City FC, Grace Road and the Tigers, Curve, LRI, the race course and De Montfort Hall, plus the cathedral and Richard lll's tomb. Plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and green spaces in walking distance.

We are within walking distance of National Trust 'Stoneywell' House and the ruins of Lady Jane Greys ancestral home. Leicester has the National Space Centre and Richard III visitor centre. My place is close to Public transport, 3 miles to the city centre, parks, and art and culture, close links to m1 motorway, east midlands airport 20 mins drive from property, Birmingham International airport 45 mins . This is a two bed bungalow with one double and one twin room. There is plenty of outdoor space. My place is good for couples, business travellers/commuters and families (with kids). a fully equipped travel cot is available if needed, complete with bed linen.

Excellent travel links to the A50, A46 and M1 and a 5 minute drive from Groby pool, Martinshaw woods and Bradgate park. My place is great for a working professional couple or even a single person!

Very fast WiFi. 5 minutes walking distance from Glenfield hospital. 10 mins by car from Leicester City Centre. No full kitchen (no cooker but microwave, toaster, kettle and mini-fridge provided). Property is part of a larger property and is situated on first floor with its own private entrance. No lift.

Furnished loft apartment which is open plan. The access to the apartment is through the single door which leads into the hallway. There is one designated secure car parking space for your use, which is to the right hand side of the property door. If you require more parking please let me know. DOGS ARE NOT TO BE LEFT ALONE IN THE APARTMENT. There is NO facility for EV charging. The closest charging points are in Anstey.
