Apartman u Crikvenici, udaljen je 200 metara od prvih predivnih plaža, odličan je za parove ili članove obitelji od dvije osobe. Uz apartman imate siguran i privatan parking, klimu uređaj te pravo na upotrebu grill roštilja i vanjskog tuša. Prvi dućan je udaljen 50 metara te Špar trgovina sa većim izborom je udaljena 500 metara od apartmana. Centar Crikvenice je udaljen 3 minute autom ili 20 minuta pješke. Bliži centar Selce je udaljen 10 minuta pješke ili 2 minute autom.

Pored studia se nalazi i 1 soba za 2 do 3 osobe( soba Mara 3 ),tako da postoji mogućnost kombinacije ako dolazi više osoba. Soba se iznajmljuje zasebno. Na terasi se nalazi sjedeća garnitura, ležaljke i suncobran.Parkiralište je u dvorištu.
