Die Villa liegt leicht oberhalb von Brissago im sonnigen Tessin. Sie bietet einen perfekten Kompromiss zwischen zentraler Lage (das Ortszentrum und der See sind fussläufig erreichbar) und Natur. The 300-year-old house underwent extensive restoration between 2021 and 2024 with the aim of preserving its character. During the renovation, which was carried out by local craftsmen, great importance was attached to the use of natural materials. The house is very well equipped with a luxurious kitchen, a modern bathroom and a great garden.
