Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin. Our cabin is ideal for a quiet get-away for hunting, hiking, shooting, snowmobiling, ATV/UTV riding, fishing & star gazing. The cabin is located in an area only accessible via dirt roads. It is about 1 mile to the northern boundary of the Tioga State Park; where exploring is wide open and snowmobiling is permitted in winter. If you want a quiet escape this is the place for you! "Downtown" Alfred, Alfred State & Alfred University are within easy walking distance. Finger Lakes wine region is 40 minutes away, Letchworth State Park (the “Grand Canyon of the East”) is about an hour, Watkins Glen is 2 hours.

Miles of trails, and a million dollar view, total privacy, and glittering stars! Dark Sky area! Hiking, birding, x-country skiing, mt. biking. Near Genesee River. Fully furnished kitchen, deck with gas grill, H-Def TV/WiFi, campfire pit (wood provided). Sleeps eight. HUNTERS: 75 acres for deer & turkey hunting, 6 hunter max. Nestled in the rolling hills of Jasper NY, is this cozy cabin. The perfect place to find rest and solitude. The cabin and pavilion were built from logs harvested from our own property and sawn on our saw mill. The pavilion is perfect for get togethers, with lights and outlets. Near by is an Amish community with local shops. also near tall pines atv park. Sit and relax on our front porch, enjoy nature, sunsets, and stargazing. Get a good nights rest under our homemade quilts.

Relax in a large private suite located in a peaceful and historical 1850s brick home on a small farm and horse boarding facility in Alfred Station. A home-away-from-home conveniently located less than 10 minutes from I-86, Alfred State, and Alfred University. Enjoy exclusive use of the private entry, old fashioned front porch, wrap-around upstairs landing, large bedroom, cozy sitting room, and spacious bathroom. Located near SUNY Alfred and AU (2 Miles), ideal for parents visiting. Perfect for a family vacation or a weekend getaway.

For your next getaway consider our Glenwood Cabin situated far enough from the road to offer you a retreat from everyday life. This cabin has 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, a full bath with washer and dryer, and your choice of three porches to sit and enjoy the great outdoors. It is nestled into the edge of our woods on a 186 acre farm in beautiful amish country. There are trails in the woods for you to meander. We also are adding a nice playset for your children to play.

The Usonian Cottage at Lynn Hall

Escape to this historic architectural gem nestled into the hillside overlooking the Allegheny River Valley. The Lynn Hall property, including the cottage, are listed on the National Register of Historic Places and are prime examples of early organic modern architecture. Designed and built in the 1930s by Raymond Viner Hall and his father Walter J. Hall, who was the primary builder of Frank Lloyd Wright’s iconic Fallingwater.
