The Cottage at Old Oaks Farm

Built in the early 1900's, this serene cottage is located approximately one mile from Furman University at the base of Paris Mt. It has been lovingly improved, but the floors are a bit slanted and no corner is exactly square. Located in a neighborhood on a five acre farm, it consists of three large rooms, comfortably furnished and lots of natural light. The cottage is convenient to downtown Greenville(5 miles),Travelers Rest, Furman, and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. No pet fee or cleaning fee.

The Cozy Cottage is a stunning 600-square-foot space containing 1br and 1ba, walk-in closet, full kitchen, washer and dryer, dishwasher, and living space. We have several premium features including an adjustable climate control system for the queen bed (BedJet) and access to our hot tub in the nearby outdoor living space! There is a dedicated 2 car parking pad for our guests and excellent lighting from the parking area all the way to the cottage.

The Shou-Sugi-Ban Guest House is 5 miles from Greenville city center and West Greenville, yet you'll feel like you've escaped it all with the rush of the river and surrounding trees.
