Welcome to our little piece of paradise. (Important: you must climb a ladder to access the Queen Bed). We are secluded, but close to all the restaurants and businesses. Our guest house has a gas fireplace, full bath, and a loft bedroom with a library ladder for access to the loft. We welcome travelers from all walks of life and enjoy sharing our knowledge and Appalachian hospitality. Unwind with nature and beautiful views, let the crickets and frogs lull you to sleep, and enjoy Mother Nature.

Relax with the entire family tucked away in the foothills of the Appalachian mountains in the rolling hills of the Ohio River Valley. Enjoy the large front and backyard, pool, sunroom, and game room. Boat ramps that enter into the Ohio River and Kinniconick Creek (that leads to the river) are just a few miles away. You are within a 15 minute drive to gather any supplies/needed groceries. As owners we can be available for any issue or concerns within minutes.

Close to restaurants and family neighborhood. Basement has a sectional, TV, and plenty of space for an air mattress if you want to bring one for additional guests. Great location for a walk or walking your pets. Also a large backyard and serene porch seating area for enjoying a quiet evening. Home is an older home so the bathrooms are small. The owner does reside in the home part-time so there are personal items and personal closets that cannot be accessed.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Plenty of parking and horses in every field. This property is located on an active farm. You will see tractors, farm equipment, horses, deer turkeys. Please be respectful to those who are using this equipment. Please do not climb on any of the equipmen or go in any of the other outside buildings . You may feed the horses, carrots, and apples at your discretion just don’t go in the fields for your safety.
