This cozy, well decorated, ground level suite in the downtown historic emerywood neighborhood offers many amenities with parking just a few steps from the front door. Close to downtown, 1 block to the hospital, High Point Medical Center, 3 mins to Rocker Stadium & Center. The en-suite offers a well equipped kitchenette & bathrm along with a cush queen sized bed & 50 inch TV. Guests have sole use of the front porch entryway w/comfortable wicker chairs and cafe table. Our studio apt has an industrial loft feel, w/garage-door window, exposed pipes & soundproofing. Clean & bright, with dedicated entrance, open floor plan, kitchenette (microwave only) & clawfoot tub/shower. Noise from above is likely. Because of the noise transfer, we are limited to no more than 2 guests at any time. We are in a very quiet neighborhood so it is not a good fit for folks who want to come and go at all hours of the night. Please no smoking or vaping of any kind in/on premises.
