Whether enjoying your morning coffee, sipping your favorite beverage @ 5 o'clock somewhere or a sunset dinner, it can't get any better! The home features an open floor plan with a living area, a dining area & roomy kitchen. Upstairs are three spacious bedrooms, each one with it's own bath.

Located in the private gated community of Cuscowilla. The on-site restaurant and amenities are NOT available to renters. We, however, are surrounded with wonderful things to do and see. There are many great restaurants within a couple of miles of our villa. We offer access to our private boat slip for bringing your own boat or renting a boat.
