A few minutes walk along the quay into the pretty town of Wells which boasts an array of shops, cafes and restaurants & moments to the beach. You will not want to leave!

Completely renovated to the highest standard, perfect for couples seeking a peaceful village retreat equidistant from the North Norfolk coast and Norwich. Guests can relax in front of the wood burner or soak up the sun in the pretty private garden. Georgian Holt and Marriotts Way cycle path are nearby. With private parking we are perfect for a weekend away or longer stay any time of the year.

The Loft, Wells-next-the-Sea

The Loft is a spacious penthouse apartment in Wells-next-the-Sea with fabulous saltmarsh views and allocated parking for one car. Wells Quay is a 5 min stroll away where you can discover an array of independent coffees shops, restaurants and shops. The Loft welcomes families with children over the age of 5, and is able to be booked with Driftwood (first floor 2 bed apartment) should you wish for large groups to get together to explore the beautiful North Norfolk coastline.

School Next The Church, a historic Norfolk home

School Next The Church is an imaginative conversion of an old village school offering unique, spacious accommodation nestled in the beautiful village of Great Snoring. The pretty garden has wonderful flower beds, dotted with apple trees and a large lawn to be enjoyed in the summer months. The property is ideally situated for exploring many of the nearby areas including the beaches and coastal villages of beautiful North Norfolk.

Little Barn - Green Farm Barns, Thursford Green

Little Barn is the smaller of our two self-catering barns with log burner, shower room and kitchenette. It is most suitable for guests who prefer eating out as the kitchenette is compact, ideal for breakfast and "take out " food see photos and description below. For those that enjoy cooking Garden Barn is more suitable. Please note there is Wifi and mobile reception but can not be guaranteed due to rural setting.

Boutique 2 bedroom cottage - North Norfolk coast

Beautiful cottage near the North Norfolk coast, freshly renovated for summer 2021. Hindringham is ideal for Norfolk's big sandy beaches, coastal walks, birdwatching, watersports at Brancaster, days out at Holkham Hall, Bewilderwood, Blicking or Felbrigg Hall, or mooching in Holt. Norwich City is 30 mins away. There are lots of great pubs in Norfolk. I always leave here feeling relaxed and refreshed.
