Self-contained private annex with lounge/small food prep area and separate bedroom wirh en suite/electric shower and walk-in cupboard. Lounge has ethernet/ WiFi and 43” 4K Smart TV with Netflix. Coffee machine/milk frother, fridge, microwave, toaster, portable hob and kettle. Tea/coffee, porridge and cereal provided. Snacks left on arrival - pastry/ biscuits, fruit and dairy items. Private entrance/keylock garden/patio. On longer stays washing/drying of small amounts of clothing.

The detached annexe offers stylish, comfortable calming accommodation in an idyllic peaceful and relaxing setting, excellent for couples. Situated next to the hosts family home, the annexe has been designed to offer a spacious living area with modern amenities and vaulted ceiling to provide a light and airy space. A Scandinavian style bungalow, set in a private 40 acre nature reserve, for 6-12 guests. The Woodland Garden, has a fantastic selection of mature Rhododendrons and azaleas extends to 1.5 acres, a fire pit with seating for 8-10, Two Decked areas, woodland pathway to access Allerthorpe Common. York is 20 min by car. Country Houses , Sledmere, Castle Howard and Burton Agnes are all within a 30 minute drive. Family/ friends, Male or Female groups welcome. A max of 2 dogs which are chargable.
