Es liegt nur 5 km von der A2 entfernt in Modriach, in der schönen Weststeiermark. Absolut keine Störgeräusche von Autos oder sonstigem. Aktuell gibt es super Rodelmöglichkeiten! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im 15km entfernten Ort Edelschrott oder im Ort Hirschegg.

La habitacion tiene en verano temperaturas agradable. Los hospuedes pueden usar tambien la terrassa. Hay un possibilidad de un poco futbol con pequenos goles en el jardin afuera de la casa.
