You’ll love my place because it's a very old cottage, recently re-equipped (including dishwasher). It is near, but separate from, my own house, with it's own garden. Welcome to Manor Cottage Barn. Situated in the quiet village of Averham just outside of Newark Upon Trent in rural Nottinghamshire. The barn itself is an 18th century chapel and barn combined and was fully restored in the 90's. Inside there are two large rooms, one comprising of a lounge area for guests and a private workshop area dedicated to picture framing. The other is a Bedroom, kitchen and dining room with a separate Bathroom. *This is a no smoking anywhere including outside home.

The Den is a self- contained annex, which is very comfortable for 4 guests. It will provide everything you need for a short or long stay in Melton Mowbray. We provide tea, coffee, bread, milk etc. The property has a fitted kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer. An open living space leads to two bedrooms with king size beds, & a bathroom with a walk in shower. There is parking for two cars on the drive and plenty of on street parking. Check in is from 3pm, & check out is by 10am.
