The carriage house was in extreme disrepair and the majority of the exterior brickwork was able to be preserved. This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home is on a dead-end road off of Indiana state road 9 and is perfect for families, featuring Wi-Fi, two TVs, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. The fenced backyard offers a safe space for kids and pets, complete with a firepit and grill for outdoor enjoyment. A garage provides easy parking, and the home uses treated well water with a softener. This cozy getaway has all you need for a memorable stay.
