This cottage is designed for those who enjoy fishing, boating, the beach and outdoor life. It is situated on a quite safe canal lot, just a short trip to the ocean and to Coral Beach. The cottage features four bedrooms, all ensuite and a modern spacious open plan living room and kitchen as well as outdoor dining options The property has a pool, dock space for 3 boats, rod and tackle storage and a freezer for ice, bait and to store your catch. Their is also a covered car port

At the rear of the property is a shared pool, yard space and access to the dock.
