The timeless village has been the setting for many films and TV dramas including About Time, Poldark and the Wild West. The South West Coast Path is on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. The 'Little house in the garden' is a small detached annexe with its own parking, located in the historic village of Grampound. Set in our garden, it has a peaceful aspect. You are welcome to use the lawned area of the garden if you wish. The house has been decorated in a simple light an airy way, with a slight nautical feel! Whether you are here for a holiday or down on business - we provide a private and peaceful place for you to stay. We won’t disturb you at all, but are here if you need us.

The Store is a converted barn in Grampound Road, a village lying amidst the rolling Cornish countryside. Centrally located in Cornwall, so an ideal holiday destination. Your totally self-contained ground floor accommodation includes a reception room where you are welcome to leave coats, boots and outdoor gear. The entrance to your accommodation leads off the reception to a kitchenette/utility room and through to a large hallway leading to private bedrooms, shower room and living/dining room.

Situated in Mid Cornwall, Birdsong Lodge is a traditional open plan log cabin, hidden away in a private location, surrounded by trees and shrub borders, creating a secluded ‘away from it all’ atmosphere. The cabin enjoys far reaching views across the surrounding countryside and the neighbouring fields provide a sanctuary for a herd of retired horses. Popular nearby attractions include The Eden Project, Boardmasters (Newquay) and The Lost Gardens of Heligan - all within a 30 minute drive away.

Acorn Barn a unique former cow house

Get away from it all with a cosy stay in a unique little barn conversion on a small holding with poultry, sheep and pigs. Acorn Barn sits at the end of its own driveway across a field set above a small CAMC 5cl. At night you may hear owls in the valley and the usual country noises by day from nearby working farms although the barn itself is double glazed and previous guests haven’t found any noises intrusive. You can see the railway line and look down on the duck pond and watch the poultry.
