Private lake access is definitely the main draw to Watermark Lake House. Bring your own boat, rent from one of the local marinas, use of our kayaks.

Beach Island Marina is only a couple miles away to launch your boat. They offer boat and jet ski rentals and Boathouse 33 (Bubba Brews) Restaurant which features live bands and corn hole. We are only 6 miles to Food City and Dollar General in Maynardville and 30 minutes to downtown Knoxville

Cozy cabin with four bedrooms and two full baths with large kitchen and great room to enjoy Christmas with loved ones. When the weather is cooler, you can sit inside and see the lake views through the bay window, or sit outside by the fire pit. There is plenty of parking and space to bring your boat. Reconnect with nature and adventure at this unique escape literally floating on beautiful Norris lake. You must have your own vessel to access this space. Boat, PWC,kayak/canoe/paddle board. Water taxi available through the marina for an additional fee paid directly to the marina. This place is very popular with kayakers! The surrounding water is inside of a no wake zone. This place is literally floating on the water! No smoking allowed. No pets allowed.
