Beautiful located in a quiet country setting on pristine Norris Lake. Conveniently located 10-15 minutes to Maynardville, TN and only 40 minutes to downtown Knoxville. Bubba Brews & Beach Island Marina are roughly 10-15 minutes away. The home is located in a quiet country setting in the back of the cove behind Straight Creek Boat dock in a no wake zone & the property has its own private dock for all your boating needs! Please note that our pontoon rental may be on the outside of the dock.

Private Couples Retreat; Hot Tub + Stargazing Dome

Escape to 40 private acres designed just for couples to reconnect. Enjoy cozy nights in the movie theater, relax in the hot tub, grill on the deck, or share a bottle of wine by the fire pit. Play fun couples’ games, read a book, meet friendly animals, and unwind under the stars in our romantic dome—or sleep inside on a zero-gravity bed. Peaceful, private, and made for two. Our private mountain road is steep in places. AWD/4WD is recommended for comfort, especially after rain.

Lake Effect

Lake Effect is a modern Lakefront home on beautiful Norris Lake. This vacation home offers many amenities including a large lake front dock, hot tub, pool table and fire pit. There is also a gentle slope to the lake, No Steps!! Or you can use the graveled driveway that takes you right to the dock. Not too many homes on Norris Lake have such easy access to the lake. This is our home away from home and if you decide to stay at Lake Effect, we hope you love it as much as we do.

Authentic lake-front log cabin. Sleeps up to 10.

Relax in the 6-person hot tub while you watch the sun set over Cherokee Dam. Or enjoy the sunset from the deck of authentic log cabin. Beautifully decorated with real log furniture. Stone fireplace. Charcoal grill. Firepit. 3 bedrooms sleep up to 12. Private and secluded, yet convenient. Take a day trip to Gatlinburg or Dollywood and then come "home" and make s'mores over the firepit and enjoy the gorgeous sunset. Kayaks and paddleboat are provided. Private dock.

Lakefront - Treehouse at Norris Lake

Stay at the Norris Lake treehouse. Short walk or golf cart ride on property to private boat ramp and dock. Water is currently dropped past the boat dock (read “Guest Access” for seasonal info). Hot Tub on main house deck open year-round for guests. 2 guests only. Hosts live in main house next to treehouse, but you likely won’t see them. Seasonal use of kayak, paddle board, paddle boat, & swim floats on site. Seasonal boat and jet ski rentals available at nearby marinas.
