En ambas salas de estar, en ambos apartamentos, hay un sofá cama para una persona más cada uno. En el patio de la villa hay una piscina (22,5 m² ) equipada con tumbonas, sombrilla y ducha al aire libre, así como una terraza cubierta de 12 m² con muebles de jardín y barbacoa.
