Apartman je u suterenu obiteljske kuće, što osigurava ugodnu temperaturu po ljeti, no ipak sa dovoljno danjeg svjetla. U dvoristu je besplatan parking. Plaža je udaljena 250 m. Do centra Grada Krka moguće je doći za deset minuta šetnjom uz more. Gosti apartmana imaju svoj dio okućnice, ležaljke, stol i stolice, roštilj, tuš u dvorištu, parkiralište i spremište za bicikle i ostalu opremu. Od vlasnika kuće je moguće iznajmiti skuter, kao i daske za veslanje (SUP) te svoj odmor učiniti aktivnim.

Studio Apartment Rosa Krk

Apartment Rosa is located in the city of Krk, near the city center (700m) and near the beach (600m). The apartment has private jacuzzi, towels, a bathrobe, mini cosmetics, slippers, a hair dryer, an iron, board games, spices in the kitchen, coffee, tea, honey, sugar... If something is missing, I'll bring it to you :) The most important thing is that you have your own peace and a private yard and free&safe parking. Apartment Rosa is pet friendly, each pet has its own bowls for food and water :)

Villa Aurum with sauna and gym

This villa surrounded by greenery and offers a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea. The 50 m² pool is filled with salt water. On the ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and two bedrooms with bathrooms. The living room leads to a beautiful terrace. There is also a summer kitchen and a barbecue area. A bedroom with bathroom, a sauna and a dressing room are on the first floor. It also has a gallery with exercise machines and table football. The villa offers two garage spaces.

Opustite se u ovom jedinstvenom smještaju ispod starih gradskih zidina koji je istovremeno na osami okružen prirodom i samo par minuta šetnje udaljen od gradskog centra i prekrasne plaže. Ova jedinstvena kuća za odmor nalazi se otprilike 150 metara od plaže i centra grada. Okružena je prirodom te ćete imati potreban mir za vaš odmor. Kuća se nalazi u udolini te su zbog toga noći ugodnije temperature. Također vam nudimo mogućnost besplatnog korištenja SUP-a i kajaka.

Beautiful and modern one bedroom apartment, completely renovated! Situated on a great central location of Punat in a nice quiet area, but still close to the town center and famous Punat beaches. The apartment Zardin consists of very well equipped kitchen with dinning and living area, double bedroom, bathroom and a lovely balcony with dinning table and chairs perfect for summer meal on the open air! Parking place on the property, WiFi and air-conditioning included!

When Franka and Grga Kalebić retire, they decide to try their hand at the tourism industry. They have been actively involved in it since 1989. From the very beginning, it was clear that this would be a family business that would be transferred to their daughters, but later also to their grandchildren. Since the owners are very fond of tradition and family in such an environment, we host our guests. Our apartment is perfect for a family trip or a romantic getaway.

Za sve one koji istinski vole prirodu i u stanju su živjeti u skladu s njom, u srcu šume, 3 km od sela, 10 km od trajektnog pristaništa Valbiska, 12 km od grada Krka, 10-15 minuta pješke kroz šumsku stazu do jedne od plaža uvale Čavlena, u oazi mira, nalazi se mala kućica. Kućica se snadbijeva solarnom energijom te je stoga električna energija ograničena, dok je voda kišnica i upotrebljava se isključivo za higijenske potrepštine.

A parking spot for 1 car is provided (included in the price)! Modern life in the old part of the city is the perfect vacation. The apartment is in the very CENTER, HISTORIC Old Town of KRK. You can explore all city Krk's main attractions on foot in short minutes and also visit beaches nearby (200m away). Apartment Street is quiet and great for a night of sleep and private parking is also provided inside the historic city walls!

Amazing view! Mediterranean Villa 30 m from Sea!

Our six apartment holiday house, together with the accompanying facilities such as a swimming pool, bowling, children's playground and a sauna offers everything you need for a relaxed and pleasant holiday. We are located at the very South of Punat with the beach being at the tip of your toes (30 m away)! Our friendly host Dino will always be at your disposal for advice and any questions you have.

Heritage Stonehouse Jure

Heritage Stonehouse Jure is situated on the south-west coast of the island of Krk in the middle of the Sveti Juraj Bay.  The house is located 600 m above the bay and has spectecular view on the sea and neighbour islands. Large private property is sourrounded by olive groves and represents an ideal place for rest and peace with relaxing views on the sea from wherever you look! 

Cozy self-standing house

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
