It consists of a living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. In front of the house there is a space covered with awning for sitting outside. Free WI-FI is available throughout the property. The apartment has two air-conditioning units (living room and bedroom). Free private parking is 3 min away on foot. The nearest beach is 5 min away on foot.

On the ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and two bedrooms with bathrooms. The living room leads to a beautiful terrace. There is also a summer kitchen and a barbecue area. A bedroom with bathroom, a sauna and a dressing room are on the first floor. It also has a gallery with exercise machines and table football. The villa offers two garage spaces.

Amorino Cres - Old Town House nalazi se u samoj srednjovjekovnoj pješačkoj jezgri grada Cresa, pitoresknom dijelu kamenih kuća u nizu isprepletenim malim uskim uličicama "klančićima" koji daju posebni šarm boravku. "NONI" - Robinsonski smještaj na otoku Krku

Za sve one koji istinski vole prirodu i u stanju su živjeti u skladu s njom, u srcu šume, 3 km od sela, 10 km od trajektnog pristaništa Valbiska, 12 km od grada Krka, 10-15 minuta pješke kroz šumsku stazu do jedne od plaža uvale Čavlena, u oazi mira, nalazi se mala kućica. Kućica se snadbijeva solarnom energijom te je stoga električna energija ograničena, dok je voda kišnica i upotrebljava se isključivo za higijenske potrepštine.
